At your first visit
Your first visit will take about an hour, and this is prior to any hygiene visits.
During your first appointment, we will take the time to get to know you. We will listen to your dental concerns, review your medical/ dental history, and perform a comprehensive evaluation. We will take any necessary x-rays, intra-oral photos and scan. This process allows us to determine the best treatment option tailored to each patient.
This visit also determines a type of hygiene appointment you will have. (Routine dental cleaning vs. Deep cleaning)
At the time of your first visit, please bring the following information:
🦷 Previous Dental Records & X-Rays
Any x-rays from your previous dentist. If you are coming from another dental office, you can request your previous dentist's office to send us your records including any x-rays taken already.
(If you do not have recent x-rays, our team will take necessary x-rays)
💊 Current Medications & Medical Conditions
A list of medications you are currently taking. If you have a medical condition that requires antibiotic prophylaxis (Pre-medication), Please let us know.
🧾 Dental Insurance Information
If you have dental insurance, please bring any forms or insurance cards. Even if we are an out of network practice, we can still submit claims for you on your behalf. You will be reimbursed directly by your insurance company based on your out of network benefits.
All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must stay on the premises while a minor patient is being seen.
